Freshwater Shrimp

Shrimp Generally Like Soft slightly acidic water. Similar to Bettas.

pH: 6.5 - 6.8

GH: 2 - 5

KH: 3 - 4

Shrimp are the bottom of the food chain, so cannot be kept with most fish.

There is a good range of 'Micro Fish' that are shrimp safe. 

Shrimp are algae grazers and bottom feeders. They require a tank with lots of plants and moss. 

I addition to specific shrimp foods it is recommended to also feed them on dried Mulberry Leaves and keep Indian Almond Leaves in their aquarium to both condition the water and also graze on.
