We Are Trading As Normal Again.

While you are in store you must social distance and adhere to room limits. 

We ask that everyone entering the store uses our pet friendly hand sanitizer.

We have our official QR code at the door for you to scan with your smartphone.

We will not use or sell your personal information.

You can still phone orders through to the store and we will get them ready for you for contactless collection. 

Masks are still compulsory in store unless you have a medical condition or are under 12 years of age. 

If you are hearing impaired and need to be able to lipread, please let us know, we will move to a safe location and remove our masks while we assist you. 

If you are anxious or uncomfortable walking through the store, a team member will happily collect your shopping for you and bring it to the door or your car. 

We want our customers and staff to feel safe whilst in store. Please let us know if we can make your visit easier and less stressful. 

Dog Grooming is back up and running.

The Pet Laundromat and D.I.Y. Dog Wash are open again with room limits in place.

You can book D.I.Y. spots over the phone or through the grooming app on our app or website.

Pet laundry can be left and collected later.
